SAUERKRAUT COLE SLAW | |
1 qt. sauerkraut, rinsed and cut 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped SAUCE: 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil 2/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. water Pour over ingredients and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Stir and serve. |
