GOLDEN WASSAIL 
3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. (1 - 12 oz. can) apricot nectar
4 c. apple cider
1 c. orange juice
6 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. whole cloves
1/4 tsp. crushed cardamom seeds

Combine all juices. Put spices in bag and tie with string. Put in juices or add all spices to juices. Heat to boiling and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Strain spices, if not put in a bag. Serve hot in mugs. Makes 1 gallon.
