GOLDEN WASSAIL 
4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
4 c. apple cider
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 c. orange juice
6 inches of stick cinnamon
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 1/2 c. rum (optional)
Cinnamon sticks

In a large saucepan, combine juices and spices. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Strain. Stir in rum and heat through. Serve with cinnamon stick stirrers. Nice for holiday parties. Makes 9 cups.
