REUBEN CASSEROLE 
4 slices rye bread, cubed
16 oz. pkg. sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Grease baking dish, spread 1/2 of bread cubes. Then layer in order given above. Top with remaining cubes and pour melted butter over top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 oven. Serves 6.

Note: Serve with pumpernickel bread and kosher dill pickles.
