FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. orange sections
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash marjoram
1/2 c. mayonnaise as salad dressing

Combine first 5 ingredients. Blend oil, orange juice and vinegar and seasonings. Add to chicken mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Drain. Add mayonnaise, toss. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
