STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. crumbled pretzels 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 c. frozen whipped topping 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin 2 c. hot water Mix pretzel crumbs with melted butter. Spread evenly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping. Spread over pretzel mixture and refrigerate. Blend strawberries with gelatin mixture that has been dissolved in hot water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Spread over cheese mixture. Return to refrigerator and chill until firm. |
