BARBECUE CHICKEN | |
3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up 1/3 c. catsup 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Salt chicken and broil for 20 minutes in oven or on charcoal grill. Turn chicken. Broil for 10 minutes. Heat all ingredients for sauce. Brush on chicken. Turn for 5 minutes. Brush and turn for 5 minutes more. |
