BBQ BEEF 
3 lb. roast
14 oz. ketchup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Cook roast until well down. Separate with a fork into small pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Simmer and add roast.

This is best fixed the day before.
