BARBECUED ROAST BEEF 
4 to 5 lbs. round bone or chuck roast
1 tbsp. oil
1 pt. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients except roast. Brown roast on both sides. Pour sauce mixture over roast and cook in oven at 300 to 325 degrees until done. I use this in my crock pot.
