BARBECUE ROAST BEEF OR PORK | |
1 large onion 2 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 c. ketchup 1 c. water 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. celery or 1 tsp. celery salt leftover roast beef or pork, cubed Brown onions in skillet; then add vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and celery. Simmer together for about 20 minutes. Add cooked cubes of meat to the sauce. Simmer for another 20 minutes. |
