BARBEQUE BEEF ROAST 
4-5 lb. roast
1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, tenderizer

Rub into all sides of meat and place in pan.

SAUCE:

1 c. water
3/4 c. chopped tomato and 1 clove garlic
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4-1/2 c. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine in boiler and simmer 15 minutes. Add 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup barbeque sauce. Pour 1/2 mixture over meat and bake at 300 degrees until tender. Cool in sauce, slice meat and serve with remaining sauce.
