SHRIMP DELIGHT | |
2 lb. shrimp 2 c. raw rice 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 can Rotel 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 French onion soup 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/2 c. parsley 3 tsp. salt Melt butter, saute seasonings. Add 2 cans soup and Rotel (diced). Add 2 pounds shrimp. Add salt and rice. Boil for 1 minute in pot with everything. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish and bake covered with foil for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Take out and stir. Bake 1/2 hour more covered. |
