GOLD RUSH BROWNIES 
1/3 box graham crackers (1 of the sections wrapped in waxed paper)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)

Roll crackers to crush coarsely with a rolling pin. It works best to crush two double crackers at a time between sheets of waxed paper. Combine cracker crumbs and Eagle Brand in a mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired.

Grease sides and bottom of a 7 x 11 inch pan. Cut waxed paper to fit bottom of pan and grease again to coat paper. Spread thick mixture evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert pan and peel off paper immediately. Cut when cool.
