SWISS-HAM RING AROUND | |
1 tbsp. softened butter 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. broccoli, cooked and chopped 1 c. ham, chopped 1 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent rolls Mix butter, mustard and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients one at a time. Mix gently. On pizza pan or cookie sheet, arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping - bases go toward center of circle. There should be an open circle of about 3 inch diameter in the middle. Points go to outside. Spoon filing over bases - about 1/3 cup per triangle. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases at center. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 6-8 servings. |
