MEXICAN SALAD 
1 can Rancher style beans, drained
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. purple onion, chopped fine
1 lg. head lettuce, torn in sm. pieces
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 med. pkg. Fritos

Mix onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and beans. Pour dressing over mixture. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving add crushed Fritos.
