CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 green peppers, sliced
2 med. onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut steak into serving pieces and brown in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Add peppers, onions, garlic and celery. Cook until onions are transparent. Add soup, water, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook, covered 1 1/2 hours. If thicker sauce is desired, mix cornstarch with water and add.
