COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 pkg. sausage
1 1/2 Swiss cheese
1/4 c. green bell pepper and 1/4 c. red bell pepper or 1/2 c. green
2 tsp. chopped onion (optional)
1 c. cream
4 eggs
Deep dish pie shell

Cook and crumble sausage; drain. Mix with cheese. Sprinkle in prepared pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients except eggs. Beat eggs well; mix in other ingredients. Pour over sausage cheese mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until firm.
