CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. bright red cranberries
1 sm. orange
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon or lime gelatin
1 pt. war water
1 c. nuts
1 c. marshmallows
1 c. celery hearts
1 c. ripe apple
Canned pineapple (if desired)

Grind cranberries and orange; add sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve gelatin in water and when half set, add to first mixture. Add all other chopped ingredients; pour in mold and chill. Serve with whip cream, salad dressing, or plain.
