CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lb. cranberries, ground 2 c. sugar 2 regular boxes raspberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 c. red grapes, halved and seeded 1 c. diced apples 1 c. crushed, drained pineapple 1 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. diced celery 1 orange, sectioned (optional) Grind cranberries and set aside. Combine sugar and Jello and dissolve in boiling water. Combine all ingredients and add to liquid ingredients. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Super! How much turkey to buy: Allow 3/4 pound per serving of a 12 pound bird. Allow 1/2 to 3/4 pound for a larger bird. |
