CHRISTMAS SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. whipping cream or Dream Whip 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pkg. red Jello Prepare 1 package lime Jello and pour into 9 x 13 inch Tupperware or baking pan to set. When set, pour the following mixture on top and refrigerate: Mix the lemon Jello with the water and cool until it starts to thicken. Whip 1 cup whipping cream or 1 package Dream Whip; set aside. Blend together the Philadelphia cream cheese and mayonnaise. Then add the crushed pineapple, drained. Add lemon Jello after it starts to set. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread in pan on top of set green Jello. After this is set, pour 1 package of cooled red Jello on top and set until firm. This can be adapted to any season of the year by using any color Jello with color just on top. Yummy plain. |
