CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 3/4 c. water (some pineapple juice)
1 sm. can sliced pineapple, drain & cut into sm. pieces
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, crush up with a fork, a little cream to soften
1 c. cream, whipped
Walnuts, sm. amount (chopped)
Cherries, sm. bottle (place here & there in the oiled mold)

Add a little green food coloring with Jello and water. Add the cream cheese while Jello is lukewarm (not completely cool) and beat some. Serves 6-8.
