CHRISTMAS TREE SALAD MOLDS 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. diced pears
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. ginger

Mix Jello, water, salt and vinegar. Cook and cool. Set pointed paper cups in drinking glasses and pour Jello to 1/2 inch depth in each cup. Beat rest of Jello until fluffy, add pears, cheese and ginger. Add to paper cups evenly. Makes 8 or 9.
