HEATH BAR CANDY 
1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
soda crackers (about 30)
Pam cooking spray

Line cookie sheet with sides (or jelly roll pan or broiler pan bottom) with aluminum foil. Spray foil with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with single layer of crackers. Set aside.

Boil sugar and butter 2 1/2 minutes in saucepan; stir as it cooks. Pour over crackers.

Bake in 350°F oven until golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven, pour chocolate chips over hot sugar, spread melted chips with back of spoon over top. Chill. Break into pieces as you remove from foil.
