CHEESY POTATO BAKE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 stick butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. crushed corn flakes Mix all ingredients in order given and put in greased 4 quart casserole. Top with mixture of 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
