TENNESSEE-KILLED LETTUCE SALAD | |
7 c. torn leaf salad (red and green) 1 bunch green onions (sliced) 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. butter 1/4 tsp. salt Combine lettuce and greens. Combine butter and remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over lettuce; toss gently. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8. Optional: Garnish with seasoned croutons if desired. |
