TENNESSEE COCONUT PIE 
3 lg. or 4 sm. eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
4 oz. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients, but not too much. Bake in unbaked pie shell for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
