PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs. In large bowl at medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick and cinnamon. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, ice and sprinkle with nuts.

ICING:

1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
