SPANISH MEATBALLS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 chopped green pepper
1 minced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato rice soup
1 c. beef broth

MEATBALLS:

2 slices soft bread, broken
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef

Cook green pepper and onion in melted butter. Stir in soups and beef broth. Bring to boiling; turn heat down. Mix ingredients for meatballs. Shape into small meatballs and add to hot mixture. Cook for 1 hour. Serve over noodles.
