PRICKED BEEF (CASNE PINCHADA) 
2 lbs. beef or pork loin
1 lg. green pepper, cut up into sm. squares
1 lg. onion, cut up into sm. squares
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 (12 oz.) can Coke
Prunes (optional)

Prick beef with knife. Stuff the holes with onions and green pepper. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper, and pour the can of Coke over the beef. Place it in the oven at 350 degrees. Cook for approximately 1 hour. Serves 4. (May also be stuffed with prunes.)
