2 jars Armour beef (sm.), cut into small strips and then crossways until it is in tiny squares
1 pkg. green onions, minced (use blades too)
Save 1/3 of chopped beef and put aside.
Mix beef and onions into 1 pound cream cheese (two 8-ounce packages) with 1 ounce Accent and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix well into a ball. Line a mold (or glass bowl or Tupperware) with plastic wrap and garnish the ball or roll of cheese mix with leftover beef. Chill 2 hours at least. Serve with crackers, Triscuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
