5 POUND CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 12 oz pkg. semisweet chips
1 pint marshmallow cream
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Put first five ingredients in a very large bowl.

Bring salt, sugar and milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil briskly for exactly 9 minutes after it comes to a full boil. Stir constantly. Then pour hot mixture over first mixture and beat only long enough to melt the first mixture. Pour into 13X9 cake pan. Cool in refrigerator.
