COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked

Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well. Add milk and coconut and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
