FROSTED COCONUT PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz.) 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 1 stick butter, melted 1 9" deep dish pie crust Mix ingredients and pour in unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Mix only 1 pie at a time. |
