STEAK FAJITAS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/2 c. avocado dip
1/2 onion, sliced
1 1/2 green onions, sliced
1/2 tomato, chopped
1 thin round steak
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Dash each cumin, garlic powder, and salt

Saute onion and green pepper. Remove from pan. In skillet, cook meat until tender. Add tomatoes, cumin, and garlic powder. Salt to taste. Remove.

Wrap tortillas in microwave safe plastic and heat for 90 seconds. Arrange avocado dip, meat mixture, cheese, onions and green peppers, and lettuce on tortillas; fold and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
