SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Dots of butter
2 c. cooked noodles

Cook sausage. Remove and drain. Saute onion, add soup, evaporated milk and water. Mix noodles and cheese together. Add soup mixture and stir until blended. Pour in 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and dots of butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
