SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage roll, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. water

Combine sausage and onion in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on High or until sausage is set. Drain fat. Add green pepper, celery, soup mix, soup, rice and water. Cover. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on High, or until bubbly. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
