SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. dry Lipton's chicken noodle soup
4 c. boiling water
1 c. raw rice
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 c. celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped

Pour soup and rice in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, brown sausage. Remove from pan and saute vegetables in grease until clear. Combine all ingredients and cook in a covered casserole dish for 30 minutes.
