SAUSAGE AND NOODLES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
1 lb. link sausage
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Cook noodles in salt water 7 minutes and drain. Cut sausage in 1 inch pieces and brown in skillet. Mince onion and green pepper. Mix with other vegetables and brown in sausage drippings. Arrange in layers in greased casserole dish and pour mushroom soup over all. Then sprinkle with the bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
