CURRIED SHRIMP 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cleaned shrimp
2 c. rice, cooked
Pineapple cubes
Hard boiled eggs
Olives
Coconut
1/4 c. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
Peanuts or cashews
Bacon
Chutney
Pickles

Blend melted butter, flour, and seasonings. Gradually stir in milk and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add ketchup, shrimp, and peas. Heat through. Serve over mounds of fluffy hot rice. Serve with peanuts or cashews, pineapple cubes, cooked and broken bacon, hard boiled eggs that have been chopped or grated, coconut, olives, pickles, and or chutney.
