1 angel food cake
1 pt. strawberry (or any flavor) yogurt
1 lg. tub of Cool Whip
4 to 5 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 to 2 basket strawberries

Slice angel food cake into 3 layers. Mix yogurt, Cool Whip together, then frost layers and add sliced strawberries; kiwi on top of each frosted layer.

Frost entire cake with yogurt, Cool Whip and arrange strawberries, kiwi on top.

If there is any remaining Cool Whip mixture I spoon it into center of cake and top with additional fruit. This can be added to each slice when cutting for service. Be sure to chill cake well before serving.
