COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
Tenderize a round steak. Sit out awhile. Put bacon grease in black skillet. Brown with flour on both sides. Not too hot. Kettle full of hot water. Put onion in after one side is browned. Pour water in to make gravy. Cook very slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Keep adding water so it doesn't get thick. Salt, pepper, garlic.
