FROZEN CHERRY MOUSSE | |
1 container Amazake rice milk (plain or almond) 1/2 c. frozen cherries 1/2 pkg. gelatin, softened in hot water 1 tbsp. apple juice concentrate 1 egg white 1/2 tsp. almond extract Pour rice milk in a bowl and place in freezer. In food processor or blender, whip egg white with sweetener. Add frozen rice milk, cherries, gelatin, and almond extract. Whip 1 minute. Transfer to serving dish. Freeze 1 hour before serving. |
