FROZEN CHERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) bottle red cherries
2 c. chopped pecans
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. salad dressing

Drain juice from pineapple. Put 1 cup juice, 2 envelopes gelatin in boiler and boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and sugar and salt to mixture. Set aside to cool.

Whip cream and add all other ingredients. Fold into gelatin mixture. Put in covered pan or dish and freeze. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise and cherry on top.
