FROG EYE SALAD 
1 box acini de pepe noodles, cooked, rinsed & cooled

Drain 1 can crushed and 1 can tidbit pineapple. Refrigerate pineapple and save liquid.

1 3/4 c. pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

Cook slowly until thick and bubbly. Add:

Drained pineapple
2 c. mandarin oranges
Cooked macaroni
1 lg. container Cool Whip

May also add maraschino cherries and miniature marshmallows, if desired. Mix and let stand. Add nuts, if you wish. Makes large salad. Works best to mix in a big popcorn bowl.
