CRANBERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 pkg. cranberries
3/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pecans, chopped

Cook cranberries in water, then add sugar. Mix Jell-O according to package directions. Cool. Add cranberry mixture, celery, pineapple and pecans. Mix well. Pour into 9" x 13" dish. Chill to set.

Mix all ingredients for topping except pecans. Spread on top of chilled cranberry mixture. Top with chopped pecans.
