1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
