BETTER THAN POTATO SALAD 
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 to 2 c. salad dressing
2 c. celery, diced
1 sm. onion or 1/2 med. onion
4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
4 hard cooked eggs, cut up
8 radishes, sliced
1 cucumber, pared and cut up
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar (to taste)
Pickles, cut up

Cook rice, chill. Add salad dressing, celery, onion, mustard and salt. Chill, then add rest of ingredients and mix well and refrigerate.
