POTATO SALAD 
10-12 med. potatoes
12 eggs
1 med. onion
3 stalks celery
8-10 radishes
Paprika, shake from can
1/2 c. or to taste Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. horseradish mustard or sauce, optional

Boil 1 dozen eggs. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Do the same with the potatoes. After cooling procedure, dice onion, celery and potatoes. Slice radishes. As you mix vegetables in add Miracle Whip, eggs, then mustard. Mix thoroughly, adding salt and pepper as desired. For extra zest add 1 teaspoon of horseradish mustard or sauce. More Miracle Whip may be added until your taste is suited. Refrigerate and keep covered until serving. Just before serving shake paprika on salad to garnish.
