PECAN TASSIES 
CRUST:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix crust ingredients together and chill slightly. Then press into bottom and sides of small muffin pans.

Mix filling ingredients together. Fill all cups 3/4 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
