SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
2-4 med. pork chops
1 sm. can chunk pineapple with juice
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. white raisins

In a skillet brown chops in butter; add small can pineapple with juice. Add 1/4 cup raisins. Simmer 15 minutes; stir in 6 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup of vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
